Context

In 2011, mobile phone brand SFR invested in the action sports world as it became a FISE Presenting Partner. The aim? To position FISE’s “summer slide” strategy alongside its “winter slide” programme (SFR Tour and Xgames Tignes). In 2018, Hurricane installed all ground facilities as the brand wanted to enhance the experience of all festival-goers.

Agency mission

In response to this request, Hurricane offered a “brand experience” during the FISE festival : the design and realisation of a 150m2+ virtual reality ground concept. For 5 days, festival-goers participated in innovative workshops, wearing VR helmets for an incredible experience of Mountain Bike, Wingsuits and other extreme disciplines. Daily rankings afforded each winner privileged access to VIP stands.
